From Selsdon Camera Club's website:

"Friday 19th May saw us hold another International digital competition. This time we had invited the Krugersdorp C.C. from South Africa, and the Peninsula C.C. from Australia to take part, judged by Dave Mason, the newly elected chairman of the South London Federation.

It was a competition of a very high standard and included a lot of excellent natural history work as well as the ever-increasing creative type of image associated with the rise of digital manipulation. The attentive audience duly appreciated both types of image and the judge gave a wide span of marks, which separated the clubs. Twelve images were held back for final consideration, which resulted in five getting the top mark. These images can be seen along with this article.

It was yet another very successful evening and added to our ever increasing number of links we now have with clubs from around the world."

From PENINSULA CAMERA CLUB
Please accept our Clubs congratulations on obtaining first place in the recent "Selsdon 2006 Jubilee International" 3-way Projected digital competition. We have now received the Powerpoint and judges comments ourselves from Ian Brash at Selsdon and we were very keen to congratulate your club on such a wide variety of images and such high quality work. Many thanks.
