Images entered in the previous competitions, are not
allowed.
Maximum of 3 images per photographer.
All images must be exclusively the work of the
photographer.
Images can be in any category i.e. landscape, nature, portrait etc.
Images can be in colour or black-and-white.
The file naming convention is: title_club_photographer
e.g. black cat_kcc_joe soap
Use the underscore (_) to separate the fields.
Images must be in JPG format.
Maximum image size 1024x768 pixels.
File size must be below 500Kb.
Attach four JPEG-images to an e-mail message. Send in five batches.
The top scoring images will be published onto this website.
DISPLAY RULES
The images must be displayable on an XGA monitor.
All adjustments to the monitor and other equipment must be made before the images are
displayed and no adjustments should be made while the images are being displayed.
All images must be displayed on the same equipment with the same software.
A video projector may be used to display the images onto a projection screen.
It is the responsibility of the club to ensure that their images conform to the quality
requirements regarding contrast, colour balance, intensity, sharpness etc.
Make sure that your monitor is properly calibrated.
JUDGING RULES
Three judges must preferably be used to judge the images.
The judges will view the images on a monitor or on a large
projection screen.
The score for each image will be a point out of 15.
These scores will be exchanged and added to give a mark
out of 30. The club with the highest total will win the competition.
All images will be displayed to other club members for the
first time when they are judged.
